It was 92 degrees at church on Sunday, in a sanctuary without any air conditioning or much ventilation. So, I decided to do the children's sermon and adult sermon mostly together. Our picture taker was not there, and I started recording a little late. However, you can imagine that there are three groups of children standing up in the font, and the kid in front of each group is holding a sign. This is where the recording picks up. Part One is the kids acting out Matthew 20:1-16 as modern day strawberry pickers hanging out in front of a store hoping for work. Part Two is a commentary on it. Enjoy!

Hey everyone! Thanks for listening to these. My normal goal is to post these by 5PM on Mondays, but due to exhaustion, overworking, some health issues, and the extra editing I couldn't get it here till today. However, I'm pretty sure it is still worth listening to even a few days late. Feel free to comment below with the one sentence or phrase that strikes you the most. Also, leave a comment about what blessings help you in your life. Thanks! -- Pr. Jess Preached on Genesis 1:1-2:4a and Matthew 28:16-18 on Trinity Sunday at Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church on 06/11/2017.
